1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

• Steam account data: your SteamID and public Steam profile (display name, avatar, profile URL, country) obtained when you sign in with Steam. Steam does not share your email or password with us.
• Email address: provided by you directly, so we can send you service notifications and (if you opt in) other updates.
• Game data: CS2 Premier rating and FACEIT data (level, ELO, country) retrieved from public APIs to display on your profile.
• Profile & activity data: bio, roles, languages, playstyle, team membership, messages, team invitations, join requests, and chat messages you create on the Service.
• Consent records: the dates on which you accepted these terms and granted or withdrew marketing consent.
• Technical data: cookies required for login sessions, and basic technical information needed to operate and secure the Service.

3. How and why we use your data

• To create and operate your account and display your player profile.
• To deliver core features: team matching, messaging, invitations, join requests, and notifications.
• To send service emails you reasonably expect — e.g. team invites, join-request updates, new messages, and account/security notices. These are necessary to provide the Service.
• To send marketing emails (product news, sponsor offers) only if you have opted in. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
• To moderate content and keep the community safe.
• To comply with our legal obligations.

Our legal bases for processing are: performance of our contract with you (operating the Service and sending service emails), your consent (marketing emails), and our legitimate interests (security, moderation, and improving the Service).

4. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process data on our behalf to run the Service, including our hosting provider, database provider, email delivery provider, and content-moderation provider. We also retrieve public data from Steam and FACEIT. These providers are bound to use your data only as needed to provide their services to us. We may disclose data where required by law.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data, except where we must retain certain information to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
